We at Essential Silk will do our very best to ensure that all ties will be dispatched on the same day we receive your order (subject to credit clearance and availability of stock).
Your order will be sent in plain packaging, however please note that for delivery purposes, our return name & address will be shown on the envelope.

All deliveries will be made according to the Royal Mail’s standard procedures; we will send your order to you via first class post meaning that your delivery will normally be with you within 2-days. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required; however packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to a local Royal Mail postal depot for collection. (Most letterboxes will open to allow for deliveries of up to 4-ties).
We can arrange next day delivery for £4.25.

Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. Unfortunately, this may result in a slight delay for the delivery of orders to certain countries.
